3. Free Global Shipping: Rayconglobal provides free shipping to all destinations worldwide. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping, and no additional shipping fees will be added to your order total.

4. Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the designated shipping carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Confirmation: The shipping carrier will provide delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered to the specified shipping address. Rayconglobal is not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been provided.

6. Undelivered Orders: If your order is returned to us as undelivered  we will contact you via email to resolve the issue. You may be required to provide a corrected shipping address, and additional processing time may apply.
